Partnership Pricing

When you become a BillDME Provider we become your partner in billing success. There are no upfront or recurring charges for insurance verification, billing compliance services, fulfillment services, claim submission, or collections. We are not compensated for our services until we have collected reimbursement for you. As your Partner in DME Billing, we retain a small percentage of what is collected after all of our services have been completed. The percentage is different depending on which of the BillDME services you require.

There are advantages to this pricing model. For one, it removes virtually all risk from doing business with us. Your only costs are paid from actual earnings. You never directly pay us money. The impact to your balance sheet should always be money coming in. Another advantage is that it motivates us to collect as much as possible as quickly as possible for your claims. Since we only make money when we make money for you, rest assured we are doing everything we can to make you money. The bottom line is that you will never have to question whether we are doing our best for you.
